More films make the leap to the small screen to become series. And the latest addition to this trend is Hitch: Specialist pickups , the comedy starring Will Smith and Eva Mendes in 2005.
This television remake, as happened on tape , follow the steps of a specialist pickups , who after suffering a broken heart as a teenager decides focus on helping men who have trouble getting the woman of his dreams.
The series will be released in FOX and be produced by Will Smith himself through its Overbrook Entertainment production company, in collaboration with Sony Pictures TV, reports Deadline.
Deborah Kaplan and Harry Elfont ( Made of Honor ) are in charge of writing the script, while Jada Pinkett Smith James Lassiter and Caleeb Pinkett work with Will Smith in the production.

Resident Evil , Underworld and Shadowhunters does not have channel for their remakes. While, The CW adapt The Illusionist , FOX will do the same with classic Frankenstein Big Minority Report and The Mother of the Groom ; Rush Hour land at CBS; In the Heat of the Night and She’s Gotta Have It , will be released on Showtime; NBC and adapt This guy is a demon The Money Pit and Marley .
