Finally, it’s official. After many rumors and alleged leaks of US studies they have confirmed that CBS is developing a new TV series from the legendary science fiction saga Star Trek , and will hit our screens in January 2017 .

This means that 12 years have passed since Star Trek I was saying goodbye to the small screen after it was canceled Star Trek: Enterprise in 2005. But of course, the release of two new films ( Star Trek in the 2009 and Star Trek:. Into Darkness in 2013) has revived the passion for this franchise, and it’s time to get more out
In 2016 we will see the premiere of the next film, Star Trek bey0nd (starring Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto, Zoe Saldana and Idris Elba), but a year later we will see how this saga returns to television. Is it a new independent history to USS Enterprise?
The producer in charge of the series will be Alex Kurtzman and its release will coincide with the 50th anniversary of the franchise, the first time we saw the great William Shatner and Leonard Nimoy give life to the unforgettable Captain Kirk and Mr. Spock.
