The presidential candidate Donald Trump used this Saturday to laugh at himself while participating in one of the most watched programs on television, which was preceded by a strong controversy.
Trump, 69 , was host of Saturday Night Live on NBC, which for half an hour gave a comic vision of the entrepreneur.
A group of demonstrators marched through the streets of the city of New York to protest against the views of Donald Trump on immigration, hours before the tycoon stood as host on “Saturday Night Live.”
Dozens of people were carrying placards and chanted Saturday night as they walked from the Trump Tower to the NBC studio.
Outside Rockefeller Plaza shouted: “Donald Trump must go.”
Some of the protesters said Trump’s statements on immigration are racist and offensive.
