While the panelists and guests of Intractable debated the latest developments in the investigation into the death of prosecutor Alberto Nisman, the program director, Santiago Del Moro, announced that Antonio Stiuso he had called for production to respond to statements he was doing Luis Moreno Ocampo.
Then, a producer handed him a cell to Del Moro, this put it on speaker with a microphone and there was a cross between Stiuso and Moreno Ocampo. “I wanted to see if you ask Dr. Moreno Ocampo if I knew” was the first thing said former head of operations of the former SIDE.
“I do not know, I did not see in life” said former federal prosecutor and former prosecutor of the International Criminal Court in the Hague. “No agreement having met me with you, besides matters if I knew him or not, I think nefarious its public administration”.
At this Stiuso said Moreno Ocampo had met in a chance with him, as it had been “threatened during the trial of the juntas” and went to “ask for help”. The dialogue was tense and included a charge of “chutzpah” of Stiuso to Moreno Ocampo. Del Moro cut the talk and said it would be good Stiuso be invited to participate in the live program.
After the communication, Moreno Ocampo withdrew from the study and considered the call of Stiuso as “a veiled threat and extortion.” Seconds later, and while reporters were surprised by what happened, there was another call of former agent. This lasted only a few seconds, as Stiuso rejected the offer of the Moro answer questions.
Intractable measured 6.9 rating points and the call of Stiuso the number rose nearly 50%, reaching a peak of 9.8 points. Thereafter, the cycle driven by Del Moro did not come down from the 9.00 points (the other days between 6 and averages seven points).
