OSIPTEL investigates interruption of pay-TV services – Andean

Preliminary reports indicate that the impact was total and partial Lima provinces.

The regulator monitors were set this morning in the premises of the Telefonica offices, located in Surquillo, to ascertain the reasons that led to the interruption of services, safeguarding the rights of the affected users.

The intervention of the regulator in the offices of Telefonica is part of an investigation to confirm the beginning of a Sanctioning Administrative Procedure (PAS) against the operating company.
