Several shots were heard today in the vicinity of public broadcasting in the Democratic Republic of Congo, the TRNC, in Kinshasa, where a group of unidentified armed men have taken the TV set.
According to the local Radio Okapi, soldiers control the perimeter of the public television tower, located in the district of Lingwala the Congolese capital.
Emissions public television were cut for a while this morning , before resuming broadcasting the same programming RTNC2 provincial chain.
The shots also were heard at the military base Tshatsi Coronel, in the capital district Ngaliema. EFE
