(Reuters) – Netflix, a US company that provides television service over the Internet, announced Monday that began service in Cuba with a monthly cost of $ 7.99.
The company said in a statement that the service is available for people who have access to internet connections and international means of payment.
Netflix began offering its service in Latin America in 2011 and now has over 5 million members, the company said.
