
According to the US portal Business Insider, for the first time, Americans spent more time on average by looking at their mobile devices than on a television screen.
For the survey conducted especially for the portal BI Intelligence data provided by analytics company Flurry used. Hence it follows that on average, Americans spent an average of 2 hours and 57 minutes a day on a mobile device, compared with 2 hours and 48 minutes in front of a television.
Many consumers probably use both screens at par , although difficult to quantify exactly the overlay. For its part, the portal Nielsen says 84% of consumers use their mobile device as a second screen, complementary to the TV.
