Zacatecas have new TV channel – Terra.com

The state of Zacatecas has a new television channel, the channel signal will be transmitted 24.1 thanks to an agreement between the Public Broadcasting System of the Mexican State (SPR) and the Zacatecas government.

In a statement issued by the SPR, reported that the agreement was signed by Armando Carrillo Lavat, president of the Public Broadcasting System of the Mexican State, Miguel Alonso Reyes, governor of Zacatecas, as well as Maria Teresa Velázquez, Director of Radio Zacatecas in the facilities of the new channel.

Lavat Carrillo said the SPR is responsible for maintaining the Network Transmitting antennas operating at 100 percent, so that public broadcasting in the country further progress towards scenarios benefit the population of Mexico, strengthening identity and national values.

stressed that infrastructure sharing is something that will grow the media and options for the population, so it is going to carry the signal of all public and private television, and collaborate on infrastructure and content in order to benefit Mexican society.

The governor Miguel Alonso Reyes said that this communication tool will allow transit zacatecanos not alone, now they will very united and coordinated so that the Zacatecano Broadcasting System, the channel 24.1, and public and educational television have great success and impact on society of the state.

An important point signing the agreement also will allow the public television project of Zacatecas, is present in the body such as the need for a binational entity, which should be close of migrants through the media.

It was also stressed that the SPR currently shares infrastructure with the states of Campeche, Queretaro, Channel Congress and in the very near future to carry it out with all entities of the Republic.
