With LN+, THE NATION comes to television – LA NACION (Argentina)

THE NATION is an important step in its evolution as a media company to launch its first sign of pay-TV to expand the reach of its journalism and its quality content.

The path of audiovisual was born in 2015 with the cycle of Conversations and grew this year with the newsletter ondemand, The Nation’s PM, now lands on the platform of pay television (cable and satellite) with an important extension of your offer and presence in the grid of DirecTV and Cablevision.

“LN+” (pronounced The Nation’s More) is a sign of present, with segments of newscasts, news programs, but also including the universe lifestyle (music, cuisine), the behind-the-scenes of productions, news, documentaries and human stories.

The main news segment of the signal will be conducted by Dolores Cahen DAnvers and John Miceli, and will count with the participation of Carlos Pagni, Joaquín Morales Solá, Jorge Fernández Díaz, Hugo Alconada Mon, Jose del Rio, and Laura Zommer, and other journalists of The Nation as Claudio Jacquelin, Jorge Liotti, Florence Donovan, Francisco Olivera, Guillermo Tomoyose and José Crettaz, among many others.

Some of the journalists and drivers that are added to the schedule are Maria Freytes, Diego Iglesias, Gisela Busaniche, Peto Menahem, Jimena Grandinetti, Eleonora Cole, Diego Sucalesca and Martina Rúa. In addition, the chef Fernando Trocca will lead a cooking show, and the musician Juanchi Baleirón other music. Both, with full access to the back of these worlds and their protagonists.

With this announcement, THE NATION confirms its decision to expand its capacity to generate content as a benchmark of innovation in the media.
