President Ollanta Humala Saturday highlighted the launch of Channel IPE TV Peru specifying that this new cultural public signal represents a milestone in the Peruvian television and places it at the forefront in terms of cultural programs in Latin America.
After attending the ceremony launch of the new channel, said he was impressed by the work done by young professionals, “will allow us to have a better quality television”.
