A video posted on YouTube shows the moment when the woman lifts her skirt to steal the TV
GUADALAJARA, JALISCO (14 / JAN / 2015) -. video, taken from a security camera, is causing a stir in YouTube for the curious scene managed to capture this in Guápiles , Costa Rica.
The recording shows the time when a woman enters a department store to steal a television screen.
Upon entering the place, the alleged thief ensures that security guards are not near the place, then, place the TV under the skirt of her dress and walk out, this, in less than 13 seconds.
The publication was made last January 10 by the body of judicial investigation of Costa Rica and so far, has more than 550,000 copies.
