Grupo Radio Centro did not pay and lost television – Digital López Dóriga

Grupo Radio Centro made the payment of 3000 58 million pesos that had initially offered for the award of the broadcast network tendered by the Federal Institute of Technology (IFT).

The news came this Friday, which was the deadline for payment, which did not receive the IFT.

Grupo Radio Centro confirmed in a brief statement it will pay 415 million pesos to the Pintra company, David Penaloza, which issued the credit that served as collateral.

“Grupo Radio Centro, SAB de CV (BMV: RCENTRO-A), a leading broadcasting companies in Mexico, not made the payment resulting from the bidding open television license; therefore bid security cover provided to the process by previously referred liquidity operations, “said the statement

This same Friday reported that the Group’s shares on the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV) recorded a precipitous drop of 4.76 percent.

Initially, Francisco Aguirre, principal shareholder of GRC had guaranteed that “I will not waste my money if I entered the bidding and bet was high to win”

In a statement, the IFT has announced that the tender is empty.
