The FOX has announced that it will develop a television series based on Minority Report , the sci-fi which it was based on solving crimes before they sucediesen. The series will be produced by Amblin TV, producer of Steven Spielberg.
In 2002 Tom Cruise starred in Minority Report , which was directed by Spielberg. His premise was quite interesting, considering the possibility of a police division responsible for solving crimes before they happen, thanks to a three people with extraordinary abilities system.
This time, the TV series will resume and develop the plot 10 years after the events of the film, where the division of “Precrime” continues to exist, only that it is based on a completely new system. His protagonists are Stark Sands and Meagan Good, who will perform a “man tormented by his future, and Precrime police division,” and dedicated to stop murders and other crimes before they happen.
