IFT will not change the rules for analog TV – Informador.com.mx

MEXICO CITY (01 / Sep / 2015) .- The Federal Telecommunications Institute (IFT) remain applicable regulations for broadcasting stations analog TV providing some licensees broadcast television may lend or service that has not been achieved penetration of digital television coverage in some areas.

The Constitution states that the transition to Digital Terrestrial Television (DTT), which means turning off analog TV signals, will be held on December 31, 2015.
