Hack and steal data TalkTalk TV provider and … – wwwhat’s new? (Blog)

TalkTalk is a known provider of telephony and broadband in the UK, with over four million customers whose data have been stolen a few days ago, as we read in the BBC.

It is believed that data from credit cards and bank details may have been stolen so much, although it is still early to know in detail who the customers affected

The Metropolitan Police is still investigating the attack, Currently there have been no arrests, but you know they have achieved enough to enter in the database of customers, including names, addresses, emails and dates of birth.

The attack took place yesterday, Wednesday, but only now been made public, leaving the last 24 hours so that the necessary research is done before creating the necessary alarm.

Apparently is the third attack conducted among customers of this company, and in August they stole data related to sales of phones, and in February were thousands of numbers and account names.

Now are contacting all customers, warning to be alert to possible foreign activities in their bank accounts.
