The television channel posted on its website a nine-page document that would allegedly prepared the heads of diplomacy of Germany and France.

in turn, Witold Waszczykowski, the Foreign Minister of Poland said that the initiative to create a ‘European superstate’ could cause disintegration of the EU.
“the creation of an internal union in the EU (…) is a recipe for division, for disintegration,” said the head of Polish diplomacy to television TVP.
Waszczykowski made the remarks before leaving for Prague where he will meet with his colleagues from the Visegrád Group (Slovakia, Hungary, Poland and the Czech Republic).
the minister did not hide his rejection of that internal union, but acknowledged that “some proposals are reasonable and could be considered as the creation of a Border Guard (collective) that would protect Europe from refugee flows”.
