Radio and Television Festival Cuba urges social responsibility - teleSUR TV

The First International Festival of Radio and Television “Cuba 2013″ was inaugurated on Monday in Havana (capital), bringing an appeal to the social responsibility in handling the media and questioning the banality and consumerism these usually promoted.
