Two journalists from a major television network in the Philippines were wounded Saturday when a bomb while covering clashes between army soldiers and Muslim rebels, said a military official.

A reporter and cameraman for the ABC-5 chain and at least six other civilians were injured by the sudden explosion of a bomb in Saudi Ampatuan, a town on the island of Mindanao seizure, Colonel Edgardo Gonzales said.
