At least one person was killed and eight wounded in an attack today from supporters of a political party against Ary television offices in the city of Karachi in southern Pakistan, official sources told Efe.
A group of between 1,500 and 2,000 followers regional party Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) attacked the offices of Ary located in a shopping center, said police spokesman Asif Qamar.
According to the source, protesters burned a car in the area and clashed with the forces of the police, who fired shots in the air to scare away the crowd.
In the crash killed an unidentified eight people were injured, including two policemen and three cameras of television channels, detailed Seemin Jamali, spokesman Jinnah Hospital, where they were transferred the affected.

Hussain, exiled in London for 24 years, is charged with the murder of a senior official of his party in the British capital in 2010 and was sentenced last year to 81 years in prison by an anti-terrorism court for treason, inciting violence and speeches against the state.
The MQM has alleged that an operation by security forces against crime in Karachi, the largest city in the country and its economic capital, is directed against workers, members and supporters of the training.
