‘Fox Populi’ will begin airing after the election is in June

MEXICO CITY (10 / MAY /2016).- The former president of Mexico, Vicente Fox will have its television show, “Fox Populi” which will be broadcast through Millennium TV from June schedule prime, he reported the CEO of the medium, Carlos Marin, during his “Assault on Reason” program.

“Fox Populi” will be broadcast Tuesday with a duration of 13 minutes. During that time the former president will hold talks with members of Millennium on national and international issues, according to information released today by the newspaper Milenio, the same group communications.

Meanwhile, Carlos Marin recalled that the former president (2000-2006) is one of the “pioneers in the decriminalization” of marijuana in Mexico.

In this regard, Fox said it would be able to “sit down with these cartels to see how we managed to stop them from killing each other, (so that) they are no longer killing our young people.”

“Peace is the greater good. What you lose with it? Nothing. And you can win a lot,” he explained.

Millennium director did not say what Tuesday June will be the first issue of “Fox Populi” but to begin airing after the elections that will take place on the 5th of that month.

Vicente Fox has been in the news in recent months for criticizing the Republican candidate for the US presidency Donald Trump, whom he compared to Hitler but who apologized last week.
