Greek Court requires the government reopened public television
ATHENS. – The Council of State, the highest administrative court in the country, today ruled against the presidential decree ordering the closure of the Radio Television of Greece ( ERT) and executive ordered the immediate implementation of the chain.
The news was greeted with jubilation in the core studies of ERT, occupied by workers and thousands of caring citizens, and from where he had been broadcasting continuously since Tuesday night, in defiance of the government law imposed in order of visual entity.
