And finally, as many already know, the HTC One and Samsung Galaxy S4 preinstalled with WatchOn and SenseTV, which allow us to control our TV through infrared port that have both devices on top.

The only notable difference between the two is that in the case HTC One we can manually add devices that are not supported by default.
