GUATEMALA CITY, GUATEMALA (04/JUN/2013) . – Guatemala’s government estimated that the process of change to digital television will have ready in a period of four to five years.

President Otto Perez Molina said that the government is pushing for progressive actions similar blackout in the field of television.

He said Guatemala (14.5 million population) should be part of the new technological age and catch up with the rest of Latin American countries are on track change to digital television signals.
