By Executive Order, the president Rafael Correa appointed Secretary Fernando Alvarado communication as the new Chairman of the Board of Public Television and Radio Company of Ecuador RTVEcuador.
Alvarado has the authority to appoint a permanent representative to the institution.
also appointed as a member of the same company to Edwin Jarrin Jarrin, who was national secretary of transparency.
