Ex-CEO of Google believes that YouTube already surpassed TV - SlashGear

Eric Schmidt, former CEO and now chairman at Google, openly expressed confidence that has to YouTube, video service which he has already surpassed traditional TV.

Because besides informing the press that YouTube just surpassed the 1,000 million unique users per month, Schmidt said YouTube is “the future is already here,” that when asked about when the video through displace Internet television, “that’s over,” said the character.

And to help further the development of this platform, Schmidt believes that there are new tasks to be completed as YouTube is growing and becoming a fundamental service of the network, it is of vital importance is the selection, curation and construction of new platforms for that.
