During the severe storm that hit St. Petersburg on Monday night, “a powerful lightning fell on the television tower at 23:00 [local time], two transmitters did not withstand the impact and city ??ran radio and television signal for some time, “says the director of the office in the city of Red Russian Television and Broadcasting (RTRS), Alexander Kulikov.
